I purchased this wig for $23 from Sams Beauty.com. If big hair is not your thing, this is DEFINITELY not the wig for you. However, if you DO like big hair, you’ll love this wig. When I tell you that the volume you see in the pic on the packaging doubles….believe me. The hair is very soft to the touch and doesn’t look as “wiggy” as pictured.

Originally, it was a bit too long for me so I clipped it to shoulder length. I also had to tweeze the part because it was far to crowded in there. I brushed it out with a wig brush to loosen those tight curls/waves and cut in a few layers until it framed my face just the way I wanted. Each day I wore it, it became more and more uncontrollably tangled. After about a week neither a wig brush or my fingers could get through it. However, even in it’s tangled state, it still didn’t look bad up until about two weeks in. This one definitely couldn’t become a regular, but I feel I got my money’s worth.
PROS
- Under $30
- Adjustable straps
- Retains nice curls even after brushing
- Full of volume
- Soft texture
CONS
- Needs trimming
- Part needs plucking
- Gets very tangled in about a week
- Best for short term (Two weeks or less) wear
All things considered, I would recommend this unit, just not for long-term use. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.
All in all, I think this wig would be great for a night out at an event. When you walk into the room, I could seriously imagine this song playing
