Making the switch to a non-meat diet doesn’t need to be intimidating. Giving up some of your favorite meat dishes doesn’t even have to feel like much of a change at all with all of the available substitutes. I’ve personally tried many of these substitutes with my own kids and they were a hit. Hopefully, these key recipes will make the transition much easier so that you won’t miss the meat at all.
