So You’re Done With Meat

If you’ve recently watched the Netflix documentary “Got Health?” you probably became so extremely disgusted by what you’ve learned about the meat industry that you simply can’t bring yourself to ever eat another meat product again. Making the switch to a non-meat diet doesn’t need to be intimidating. Giving up some of your favorite meat dishes doesn’t even have to feel like much of a change at all with all of the available substitutes. I’ve personally tried many of these substitutes with my own kids and they were a hit. Hopefully, these key recipes will make the transition much easier so that you won’t miss the meat at all. Besides, considering that many veggie alternatives are much lower in fat and calories, you can have all you can eat without the guilt.
